How Fast is Too Fast ?

I recently had a conversation about the difference between working and progress. Can you move to fast? Is that really possible? I've come to the conclusion with focus and a vision that is effective speed can be good. The most important thing though is to consistantly do the things that propel your objectives forward. That's way more productive then speed without focus will ever be.

This Week Was Crazy

This week we refocused the company. It was well over due. I finally realized that I can't do everything, not if I want to do it well. So it was time to get back to the core of what we our about. For my company its music. If we play the game right we will change history. Thats not a bad place to be.
