As the whole world is very aware of, Michael Jackson, is no longer with us. Going through my own memories of the man I can't help but think, damn, another missed opportunity.

I will never have a chance to see M J do his magic live. The only reason this bothers me is history. History that I missed twice. Long story short I had a chance to see Kurt Cobain and Old Dirty Bastard before they passed and on both occasions I chose to do something I don't even remember now. Funny how opportunity is like that, what you don't grasp your often wishing you did. Don't let one precious moment pass. the next one isn't promised.

How Fast is Too Fast ?

I recently had a conversation about the difference between working and progress. Can you move to fast? Is that really possible? I've come to the conclusion with focus and a vision that is effective speed can be good. The most important thing though is to consistantly do the things that propel your objectives forward. That's way more productive then speed without focus will ever be.

This week we refocused the company. It was well over due. I finally realized that I can't do everything, not if I want to do it well. So it was time to get back to the core of what we our about. Sometimes life goes at such a fast pace you can become a passenger on another man's roller coaster. That is when you need to step in the slow lane and evaluate what your doing so you don't cause the traffic to stop on your dreams.
My company is moving so rapidly I have to make sure I don't let my personal development go down the toilet. In the end life is about balancing greatness and spreading it through all aspects of how we our living.
I was looking at my library and realized I have become a collector of dust cause nothing has moved of the shelf in ages. At that moment, as all leaders must do, I became proactive. I'm going to make sure no matter what's happening in life my growth will not be stunted. So I'm going to read more, this book which is a combination of 3 of Robert Kiyosaki's bestseller is my first choice. Financial freedom is the only freedom. Everything happens in "this" world comes from having it , trying to attain it, or living without it. You must master money to master self.
